Township of Hintlesham, Suffolk, England

Few locations in England have a greater association with the Timperley surname than the town of Hintlesham. One of the most prominent of these places is Hintlesham Hall in Suffolk, England. The other is St. Nicholas Church. A branch of the Timperley family lived at Hintlesham Hall from 1454 to 1720 (see the genealogy of the Timperley family of Hintlesham).
